1. Use of Services

- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

2. Intellectual Property All course materials, videos, downloads, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access them for your personal learning during your enrollment. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, provided you have completed at least 50% of the course. Contact [email protected] for requests. No refunds after this period.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect courses you have already purchased or are currently enrolled in.

4. User Conduct You agree not to:
- Harass other users or post inappropriate content.
- Attempt to access restricted areas.
- Violate any laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from courses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last month.
6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services ("Dispute"), you and Neidy Parra Education LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of receiving notice.
If the Dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or via remote hearing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any matters not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
